Programme 01

Skills Development & Education

Practical skills, financial literacy and pathways to opportunity.

TCEI supports vocational learning, employability, education and the development of skills that people can apply to earn an income and strengthen household independence. Training is approached as a starting point for meaningful opportunities, not an end in itself.

Our approach emphasises local priorities, inclusion and partnerships that can help sustain results beyond individual activities.

Climate Resilience

Programmes in practice

Environmental Conservation

In northern Uganda, prolonged dry spells and rising temperatures are disrupting agriculture and household livelihoods. TCEI works with communities on environmental awareness, conservation and climate resilience, including sustainable farming and natural-resource management.

Enterprise development

Our economic empowerment work provides vocational skilling, business advisory services, mentoring, financial literacy and civic education. We support participants to develop viable enterprises and build reliable sources of income.

Healthy Living and Mental Health

Our health and nutrition work has reached more than 250 children and adults with disabilities. TCEI addresses barriers to essential services while supporting wellbeing, nutrition and psychosocial health.
